Annora (Jiyun) Dong

Annora Dong is an actor, director, and co-founder of SpArkling Theatre Studio. She graduated from NYU Tisch Drama's Experimental Theatre Wing, where she honed her craft in interdisciplinary practices. Annora explores diverse artistic realms, including theatre, film, contemporary dance, and performance art.

Her original works include the Off-Off-Broadway experimental play "Trapped in the Flash" in New York, which was featured in an exclusive interview by World Journal. Her original music dance film "Stalker" won the Best Music Video award at the Berlin Indie Awards and was selected as a semi-finalist at the Paris and Florida International Short Festivals.

Her performance credits include workshops with Chicago's Lucky Plush Productions, as well as roles in the dance-theater productions "Borderline" (Directed by Ishmael Houston-Jones) and "Anxiety is the Dizziness of Freedom" (Directed by Mei Ann Teo). Annora is passionate about pushing the boundaries between creative identities and artistic forms, embracing diverse possibilities in her work.

Sophia (Jiening) Zhu

Jiening Zhu, a graduate of NYU Tisch Drama, is an actor and director passionate about avant-garde and physical theatre. She is the co-founder of SpArkling Theatre Studio. She is always eager to perceive and present different characters through deeply exploring body and mind. As a director, she continuously seeks breakthroughs through storytelling, aiming to give voices to marginalized groups through theatrical ways and revealing contemporary societal issues. Her stage acting credits include A Fleeting Phantom, Thunderstorm, Here’s A Blue Morpho for You, A Sketch of New York, and New Year’s Eve Dinner. She also directed and produced her original theatre piece Trapped in the Flash last April. She is also thrilled to introduce herself as a yoga instructor, runway model and master of ceremonies. Constantly driven by the desire to discover brand-new perspectives through her artistic and personal journeys, Jiening is always an active explorer of the world and her inner self.

Artistic Consultant: Zhenyu Meng

Zhenyu Meng is a performance instructor, theatre director, and PhD candidate in Theatre and Film Studies at the Shanghai Theatre Academy. A researcher and practitioner of the Michael Chekhov Technique. She is temporarily based at the CUNY Graduate Center doing acting training method research. Her directorial works include Requiem, The Blue Bird, Forever Young, To Be Or Not To Be, and Classic of Mountains and Seas, among others. Frequently featured in the Shanghai International Arts Festival.

Dramaturg: Daisy (Anqi) Cai


Daisy Cai is a creative arts therapist in training in the NYU Drama Therapy master’s program. She currently interns at a New York City hospital, supporting adults in need of acute psychiatric care. During her undergraduate years, she served as president of a Chinese theatre club and directed various productions such as “Hello, Madness” and “Red Rose, White Rose”.

Lead Interactive Scenic Designer: Qizhi Zhou

Qizhi Zhou holds a bachelor's degree from Renmin University of China and is currently pursuing further studies at Northeastern University in the United States. As the Lead Interactive Scenic Designer of Bond and an interactive media designer, Qizhi specializes in game art, visual experiences, and experimental interactive stage performances. A notable work, "Shining Eye," has won national awards and secured investment for its realization. Other projects explore emotional interaction, service design, and digital media. Qizhi is dedicated to merging art with technology, continually exploring innovative interactions.

Interactive Technology: Weifan Guo

Weifan Guo, a graduate in Software Engineering from Henan University and currently studying at the College of Engineering, Northeastern University, serves as the Interactive Technology Coordinator for Bond. He specializes in backend development and has participated in multiple software development projects, primarily focusing on Java development, distributed systems, database optimization, and high-performance backend architecture design. Weifan is also exploring innovative applications of software engineering across various fields.

Lead Music Director: Zhiqi Su

Zhiqi Su, a graduate in Chinese from Peking University and currently pursuing Music Theory and Composition at New York University, is the Lead Music Director for Bond. An independent musician, guitarist, and bassist, Su is also a guitarist for the Contemporary Music Ensemble at NYU.

Sound Operator: David (Zhenqian) Li


David is an actor and playwright, currently pursuing a BFA in Drama at the New School.

Stage & Transition Coordinator: Chloe Ge, Jianyao Tang

Jianyao Tang, currently an undergraduate student majoring in Media Study at Northeastern University, has previously worked on projects such as The Brothers Who Brave the Wind and the Waves Season 3 and In the Name of Fashion. As the Stage & Transition Coordinator for Bond, Jianyao focuses on visual storytelling and cross-media expression, dedicating himself to exploring the innovative fusion of imagery, concepts, and multiple media.


Lighting Designer: Jinxian (JC) Chang

Jinxian Chang, currently pursuing a double major in Drama and Economics at New York University, with a minor in Philosophy. Stage credits include the musicals Lost in Her, Chicago, Trilogy, Comedy Battle Royale, Scare Shack, Gospel Rock, Eurydice, Into the Woods, Companions of Dionysus, Waiting for Lefty, Sorrow, AntiGone?!, Mr. Donkey, Sweeney Todd, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, New Year’s Eve Dinner, Blood on the Clocktower, Soldada, The Multiverse of Friendship, and more.

Associate Lighting Designer: Samuel Ryu

Costume Designer: Katie Guo

Katie Guo is a fashion designer and interdisciplinary artist, with a focus on sustainable expression. She curated the exhibitions Blue Awakening and Green Cycle, and serves as the president of the Art for Earth environmental art club, where she organizes eco-themed exhibitions and art events. Katie has also won both the championship and runner-up titles at the GYP Debate Competition, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Her work blends retro-futurism, aesthetic diversity, and technological innovation, with a focus on the interplay between fashion and social issues.

Acting Consultant: Yuchen Zhou


Yuchen Zhou is a bilingual actor/director (English/Mandarin) based in NYC. He graduated from Vassar Drama and has also received intensive classical Shakespeare training. He appeared in Macbeth (Prague Shakespeare Company); Twelfth Night (PSC); Fury, Skin, Mad Forest (Vassar Drama); Birds and the Curiosity (Hollywood Fringe); 鲸鲸鲸鲸鲸鲸鱼!(Beijing Fringe) among other productions. Choreographer: Miaotian Sun


With over 20 years of training in classical Chinese dance & Chinese folk dance and 7 years’ experience of contemporary dance, Miaotian collaborated with choreographers from XieXin Dance Theatre, Suzanne Dellal Center, and cooperated with many NYC based choreographers. Her choreography works were performed at Making Moves Dance Festival in Jamaica Art Center, and selected by steps beyond foundation to perform at Choreography Lab. Beyond the stage, she is also a devoted cultural communicator, aiming to facilitate cultural exchange between East and West through dance.  She was also featured in press including Woman Around Town, Women's Journal, and NewsBreak.

Tian Weiyu (Vivi) is the co-founder of AAAAH! CULTURE. She has previously worked with nonprofit organizations such as Nanchizi Art Museum, Hubei Provincial Museum, and Jersey Book Fair, primarily focusing on volunteer training and business development.  

She is currently studying at the School of Visual Arts (SVA) in New York, with her work primarily centered on public art and sculpture. She was also responsible for the external operations and exhibition setup of the Sanxingdui Museum exhibition in New York

Weiyu (Vivi) Tian 


Weiyu (Vivi) Tian is the co-founder of AAAAH! CULTURE. She has previously worked with nonprofit organizations such as Nanchizi Art Museum, Hubei Provincial Museum, and Jersey Book Fair, primarily focusing on volunteer training and business development.  

She is currently studying at the School of Visual Arts (SVA) in New York, with her work primarily centered on public art and sculpture. She was also responsible for the external operations and exhibition setup of the Sanxingdui Museum exhibition in New York.

Stage Manager: Vivienne (Yuwen) Chen 


Vivienne Chen Yuwen is currently pursuing a BFA in Drama at NYU Tisch School of the Arts (Atlantic Acting Studio), with a minor in Drama Education. She curated and directed the Tabor Academy Spring One-Act Play and was awarded the Performing Arts Achievement Award. Vivienne has been involved in various stage productions, both in design and choreography. Her acting experience: Trapped in the Flash, The 39 Steps, Ecclesiazusae, Chicago, The Addams Family; Assistant Director: Wing Chun by Mahua FunAge, Dear Yelena Sergeevna.
